My camera has not recorded anything since Monday. I removed the battery Monday morning to charge it and when I reinserted the batter the blue light came on (like usual) but invited i was not receiving g any notifications. Turns out it was recording anything. I tried live mode and it only says streaming error. I removed the battery and reinserted it. I pushed the orange button for 20 seconds and still nothing. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Still not working.
Hey @MsDior. What is the status of the device in the Device Health section? If the device is offline, please tap on Reconnect to Wifi under Device Health, and if it’s online but not functioning as you have stated, please try selecting “Change Wifi Network” but you will stil be connecting it back to your home wifi network. Let me know how this goes!
