Blue ring not working

Just pulled the battery on one of my Video Doorbell 2’s to charge it. When I put it back in the blue ring didn’t light up. The camera is connected though. I tried ringing the bell and it rang but once again the LED ring didn’t come on. Any ideas?

Hi @WillL84. The light should be coming on. Try resetting the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds after inserting the fully charged battery. Once you set it back up in the Ring App, if the lights are still not working properly, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. They’ll be able to look into your device and account more closely for you.
