My ring doorbell has the blue light constantly on, I’ve tried resetting it using the orange button, re-charging it and draining the battery but still no luck
What can I do?
You need to really, really camp down on that orange button. Press it and count slowly to 30. If that doesn’t work try again. At some point you will be told setup has been cancelled.
