We have a ring door bell and a floor light camera as well for years. I can hear the recordings but the video is black and I can not see anything on my cell phone ring app. On my home computer, I can see the videos, so the cameras are working. I removed the ring app from my phone and reloaded it and the video is still black? Do you know what is wrong with the system?
