Black Recording and no live view

I’m getting nothing but black screen when I look at recordings. When I get a notice of motion, I can’t see it. It keeps reloading and telling me to reconnect. I get the same message when I try to live view. I charged the battery overnight, so I know that’s not an issue. I checked the WiFi signal as well
