I have a bunch of indoor cameras that I don’t want recordings, but I do want to be able to see what’s in the room when the camera is turned off. Right now according to Black dashboard thumbnails, the preview tiles are black. It’d be great to still be able to see what’s going on with the cameras. Thanks.
I’m hoping more people vote for this feature (or maybe there’s another request somewhere?) but this feels like an easy one. It’s my understanding that the camera are capturing still images at a user defined cadence, so at the least the thumbnail should always be the last known image and the time it was taken. But agree with OP that, if you open your dashboard, you should have the option to have that automatically turn on all you camera for live view at once instead of having to click into each.
