Battery still shows low

After 2 weeks we have put 2 different fully charged batteries in our ring spotlight and it still shows low battery. It still works since we have 2 batteries in the light. 2nd battery still show 9%. How do I fix this?

If you’ve fully charged the battery but it is still showing a low percentage, you may need to reset the device and reconnect it to your Ring Bridge.
