I don’t seem to have any video history or timeline on 2 of my stick up cams? Help please!!
Hey @Baker. Have you ensured you have an active Ring Protect Plan? You will need to ensure you have an active plan to see your video history and utilize the Timeline feature. If you have an active plan but still no history is being recorded, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
