I charged the light with the orange USB cable, within an hour the battery is dead and everything is off line.
I purchased a 4 pack of solar lights, and this is the only one not working, where do I get a replacement battery?
Hi @XHare! I recommend checking the device settings and any linked, or group settings, as this might be triggering the lights to go off too frequently. Try also testing different USB cables or outlets. If the battery is still not lasting as long as your other devices, and draining too quickly, please reach out to our support team for further assistance. 
I just got mine and it doesn’t even work !
