My doorbell is low on battery, I have plugged it in but it does not seem to be charging. I have tried different outlets but nothing seems to be working to get it to charge. It’s at 10% battery now. I’ve never had issues before. How do I fix this?
Hey @EmIL. It normally takes about 8 hours for the battery to fully charge. If you have the first generation Ring Video Doorbell, you will see the white light show a fully lit white circle (instead of half full or such) when it is fully charged! The device may still not be holding this charge or getting to this point, and if this seems to be the case, please reach out to our support team here.
