The Ring app has shown that the base station has been updating for days now. The system seems to be working fine, except that Alexa can no longer communicate with it. How do I fix this?
The obvious answer is that the base station needs to be rebooted, but I would not do that. If the station really is updating and it looses power it might brick. I would call support and see what they suggest, that way it is their responsibity to decide the right action.
