Base station reset by mistake - what now

I’ve just purchased and was having trouble setting up the base station (even on Ethernet) and after half an hour of trying I tried the base station factory reset. I have since read I shouldn’t have done this. Doh!

I now have an orange power light and no lights on the ring and can’t get it to connect or do anything. I can’t get through to customer services - have been trying for last hour.

Any advice please?
