Internet was down today for several hours. The base station on alarm went to cell back up. Once the Internet came back up, the base to not reconnect automatically expected.
Hey @cc1234. Are you able to manually reconnect the Base Station? If you go into the Main Menu > Devices > Alarm Base Station, it should prompt you to reconnect to your wifi network. Let me know if you’re able to connect it back this way!
