I’m trying to setup my alarm base station for the first time but when I try to pair it with the app, the led light ring doesn’t light up, the power light is amber (the Wi-Fi light is off), and nothing happens. The option “find my device” shows the message “we can’t find your base station.
What can I do?
Hi @user12410. Try plugging the Base Station into a different outlet, as well as ensuring the power cord is fully plugged in both at the outlet and on the Base Station itself.
