I have the newest version of the Ring Doorbell/camera. Seems to work fine, BUT the camera seems to have a backlighting problem. Video is good, but when people walk up to camera/doorbell they are DARK. Definitely a backlight issue. Is there was a way to adjust this, that I have not found?
While there are not video lighting controls in the Ring app, video quality can be adjusted be via angling of mounting position and adding lighting to the area. Enclosed entry ways or very dark ones can benefit greatly from artificial lighting.
