Associate said they cannot remove Auto Renew neither can customer only option is to remove payment. Customers should have option of Manual or Auto Renewal.
Hey @RemoveAutoRenew. If you chose to not have your Ring Protect Plan subscription automatically renew, you can remove your payment method from your account. This will cause your account to not automatically renew. Please note, that a lapse in coverage will cause stored videos to delete and if using the Ring Protect Plus Plan, your extended warranty will not continue. I hope this information helps!

Thanks we will definitely renew just don’t want to auto renew want option of selecting different payment method. Associate stated we will get renewal alert if this is the case we can change it then. If not then payment method might not go through if it has closed or been removed.
