App on phone working fine but PC login states device not set up

Our video doorbell apps on our phones work fine but on a Windows PC after login it states that no device is set up, but that is not correct. How can I correct that?

Hi @powerharp. If you’ve logged in with the same email and password, you should be able to view all the devices on your account. It is possible that you have the wrong Location selected. To manage your locations, visit this Help Center article here. I hope this helps!
