App not working - android

The app started glitching for me today. I could not connect to live OR history. I logged out, restarted my phone, and uninstalled /reinstalled the app. I am on the same wifi as I always use with no VPN. But now I am unable to even login at all. It keeps telling me “An error has occurred. Please try again later.”

can anyone help with this?

I would also recommend to try another phone entirely, if available, and also check for any android apps that conflict with the Ring app. I hope this helps!
