Hi there, @Scottpsu! This is certainly an unusual cause for the Ring app to stop functioning. Removing and reinstalling the Ring app is a great start, as well as ensuring there is not a vpn enabled, or other apps open in the background. If this concern persists, please test this operation on another mobile device, to see if the Ring app reacts the same way. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
