App and doorbell will not connect

When I try to set up my ring doorbell it’ll ask me to join the Wi-Fi but it never joins.
I can log into Wi-Fi manually but the app never recognizes that.

Hey @Aj_mn. Is this when joining your wifi network after joining the setup network, or is this when you are trying to join the setup network, and it’s unable to recognize that you manually connected to it in your wifi settings? What Doorbell are you trying to set up?
