Another Live-Video only shows message "activating device ..."

I have gone through every suggestion in the support docs like changing my 2.4GHz channel from auto to channel 1. RSSI is 48. My SSID is all one word upper and lower letters with no spaces, 28.62Mbps Down, 17.44Mbps Up.

It was working fine 4 days ago. Now if I hit Live view, I get "Activating Device… " in both the Ring app and the Rapid Ring app.

What do I do now?

I’d recommend referencing our Community post regarding Live View here, as it will have some additional troubleshooting steps and helpful tips. In addition, you may want to uninstall both the Ring App and the Rapid Ring App, restart your phone to clear the cache, and reinstall both Apps before attempting to access the Live View again.
