Schoolboy error! Ordered the all new ring chime in white from amazon and its arrived with just the EU click in plug adaptor - is there a quick win for getting hold of a UK one? I’ve tried the spare UK plug from the alarm main pack but no joy it doesn’t click in. Is anybody in the know?
Should have both adaptors in the small box inside the main box. Mine did.
Was the box sealed. You may have a returned one
