I cannot edit the doorbell announcement on the Alex app. Doorbell2 and Alex echo are the hardware. All apps latest versions.
An error message is shown briefly when I move to this page. Any suggestions? Thanks
Hey, @N13lha! Thank you for sharing your experience with the Community. This should be working as intended.
The screenshot does show a VPN is active, in which I recommend disabling and trying again to see if it works. The error message received is often due to a connection concern, in which a VPN may cause. Try also doing this while connected to wifi only, or cell data only on your mobile device. If possible, try another mobile device entirely.
