So my ring alarm keeps going into 3G backup mode, I’f I press the reset button it gets connection back to the WIFI. The strange thing is when it says it’s in backup mode I can still see it’s connected to the network through my hub. Anyone else experienced this?
Hi there, @ANozza! Does this happen if you setup the Base Station to connect via ethernet? This can rule out many wifi and general network variables. It’s always a good step to check the power adapter and outlet used for powering, as well.
