Address prefill incorrect

Hi,

Just bought a ring doorbell and trying to set up on app but when I type in my address it is prefilling it and isn’t correct! It’s putting the wrong county, when I go to confirm it says edit option so press that and choose to enter address manually but it still edits it back to the incorrect prefill one when I go to confirm it! Very frustrating, it will not allow me to change to correct address :woman_facepalming::tired_face:

Hi there, @Lydiared! The manual address entry should work if entered in it’s entirety. If the app is continuously replacing this with an incorrect address, try accepting the location offered, then edit it in the Ring app after setup. Depending on mobile device, you might also be able to disable your mobile device location services for this step to manually enter it. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
