I am having difficulty with this, my device won’t show up on my dashboard. I need help!!
We’re here to help @Rosy95! The best first step if a shared device is not showing up, is to request a new invite from the owner. Ensure to check the location drop down in the Ring app menu, to see if the device is showing up elsewhere.
I recommend removing and reinstalling the Ring app as well, to ensure it is up to date and optimally integrated with your mobile device. Once an invite for shared user is sent, you should receive an email to accept, and then should see the device after accepting. Find out more about shared users here. I hope this helps!
