You’ll need to make sure you’re signed into the same email address and password that is used for the Ring App. If you sign in with a different email address, then you would not see your devices listed. If you’re not able to get this sorted after ensuring you’re signing in with the correct email and password, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. They’ll be able to assist you with making sure everything is good to go.
