I’ve just received two emails saying that my request to cancel my subscription has been approved and I am receiving a refund.
I did not want to cancel my subscriptions, though. I am afraid someone who was acting like me did this. Or an error in the system.
When I log in and go to “account” nothing comes up.
I tried getting in touch with Ring but the support sent me to this page.
Can anyone help me with this?
