Accessing my flood light cam on the web or Windows 10 app

I have a Ring Floodlight cam wired plus. It functions without any issues and I have full control from any location with the Android app on my phone. However, when I log into the website or the Windows 10 app with the same account it says that I don’t have any devices set up. Has any one else had this issue and found a solution?

Check out our Community announcement post about the Desktop App discontinuation. The desktop app is also no longer receiving certain updates, which means new devices will not be accessible. The Ring mobile app, Rapid Ring app, and the Ring web app will allow you to see your Ring devices. :slight_smile:
