About connecting my camera with new account and new wi-fi

My husband used to shared our home ring camera with me. Since he disconnected home wi-fi l have no access to any camera or can change because he is the owner. Can anyone help me to connect the camera with my new account. I also have new wi-fi connections right now.

They have to remove the cameras from their account before you can add them to your account. If you can’t get the previous owner to do that then you’ll have to work with Support as they are the only ones that can assist with account issues.
