I would like to add a Video Doorbell to our beach house for security surveillance during periods of non-residence, but we rent during summer and agency requires that any video camera be turned off or removed during rentals. Is it possible to remotely disable video, or remotely remove device and then reinstall it?
Hi @user1922. It is possible to remove the Doorbell from your account without physically being by the Doorbell, however you do have to be present when setting up the Doorbell. Since the Doorbell needs to be remotely connected to your phone for setup, someone with account access does have to do this. I hope this answers your question!
