I have three keypads. They are all using battery power and they are charged up. None of them are arming or disarming. If I get them to change status then I can’t get them to change back. I can do it through the ring app easily.
Hey @Jabberwocky777. When you go to use the Keypads and they do not work for you, what does your Event History show is happening? You can verify what is happening by going into the Main Menu > History > Alarm and seeing what the logs say when you try to Arm/Disarm the system. If the logs are not clear, you can always verify with our support team, as they can see what is happening on their end as well.
