2nd generation video doorbell not finding my Wi-Fi network and it’s well within range

2nd generation video doorbell not finding my Wi-Fi network and it’s well within range. Just got a new router and the ring doorbell can’t find it. Also tried to sign into it as a hidden network. Nothing is working.

Hi @user7604. Is there a specific error message you’re receiving when you try to connect your Ring Doorbell to wifi in the Ring App? Or does your wifi network not show up when prompted to connect to wifi? Feel free to attach any screenshots that demonstrate what you’re seeing in the Ring App. :slight_smile:
