2 second video and no live

In the last week or so my videos are all very short and live view will not load with streaming error. RSSI -35. I have rest the door bell, rejoined it to Wi-Fi and still the same issue. This is happening with both my doorbell and stickup cam.

Great job checking the RSSI. As it is happening on two different Ring devices, another network variable worth checking is speed/ bandwidth. Having a high speed internet or managing the number of devices connected to the same network can help.

Otherwise, the next best step is check mobile device connection. Please ensure there is not VPN enabled, and try using the Rapid Ring app to test a live view. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
