1st generation ring doorbell rings every 2-3 minutes

Obviously, no one is pushing the button and it is not the motion detector. I’ve tried a hard reset. Light spins constantly blue. Can’t get it to charge back up because it constantly rings.

Hi @mjrapp. It is possible that the physical button is broken. When it breaks, the two points of contact on the button are always touching, thus giving it a continuous ring.
