$150 allowed more then 1 to recorder

I have paid $150 a year and my doorbell is not under this. Why. This should be in my plan.

Hey @Hurfo1. Are you not able to access any recordings for your Doorbell? In the event you have subscribed to a plan and it’s not showing the recordings for you, you can reach out to our support team for further assistance here. It also looks like you still have the trial for the Protect Plus Plan, so you should see the plan you paid for start when the trial is over. Additionally, the trial covers all devices on the location, so the Doorbell should have recordings as well.
