Paying twice

Question

I’ve checked it seems I have 2 payments going out since Feb. I can’t dispute through my bank and claim refund until I’ve contacted Ring. Honestly it’s easier to paint the Mona Lisa with my feet than get an answer from Ring. It just sends me round in circles. Help!!
