Christmas Carol in May!

Is anyone able to help. I set the ring on my doorbell to a Christmas tune pre Christmas. Here we are in May and every time someone presses the bell it plays a Christmas Carol. I do not have an internal chime linked to the doorbell, as it’s linked through Alexa’s throughout the home. The Christmas Carol is driving me mad and the person who pressed the bell must think we are too. I’ve trawled the internet for and answer to no avail. Can anyone help?
