Ring Basic Plan

Question

What is the new 'Doorbell Calls' feature for the upgraded plan in November? Does this mean I can't talk to anyone if they press my doorbell? I would think you still could, but I am confused about that feature not being a part of the Basic Plan? Also, does this mean the Basic Plan will no longer have access to the unique quick replies such as seasonal etc?

Hi @user_5d3852. Doorbell Calls is not available on the Basic Plan, and it does not affect the features you have already.
