Ring plan subscription page giving error

Clicking on "plan" after signing in returns the following every single time on https://account.ring.com/account/billing/plans: Please fix your system. Others on reddit complained about the same issue.

it is 29.12.2024 and I have the same issue for past 2 weeks. It is annoying as Ring is trying to get payment from me for the plan I don't need and I cannot cancel it due to error on the website.
