Is there any way to access videos over a month old

Is there a way to access videos that are over a month old. I am in a dispute with a delivery company and need footage from 6 weeks ago, but app only goes back 4 weeks.

Hi @user52249. Subscribing to a Ring Protect plan provides access to video recording, and you can control how long videos are kept in the Ring app with the [Video Storage Time](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047871752-Understanding-and-adjusting-your-video-storage-time). Once a video has been deleted from the Ring app, either manually or due to the Video Storage Time ending, it is gone and cannot be recovered. I'd always recommend downloading videos you wish to keep past the Video Storage Time.
