In door camera

Question

When we installed this camera in our Daughers room we could talk to her ! Now it’s not working I can see her ( she is epileptic) but she can not hear me and we need this option asap

Make sure when you open the [Live View](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/208144516-Using-Live-View) that you are also tapping the green microphone icon to activate the two way audio. Additionally, I recommend checking your phone's permission settings to ensure that the Ring App has permission to use your phone's microphone. I hope this helps. :)
