Ring Cam light won’t come on

Question

Just got a new ring cam  with light and the light doesn’t come on when it detects motion. I can turn it on manually but only for 30 seconds.

Hi @user53772. Which model of Ring Security Camera do you have? It sounds like the Spotlight Cam, but there are a few different versions, so it helps to know which one. You can find the model name on the Device Health page in the Ring app.
