Noise in the signal after installing the Ring intercom Fermax 8039

I have purchased an intercom ring and have carried out the installation according to the app for a Fermax 8039 citymax, I think everything is fine, I have attached an image of the wiring carried out. Everything works correctly except for the microphone of the street intercom, in which you can hear a continuous and annoying noise but not the voice of the speaker. In the other direction phone --> street does work. Also the door opens correctly. Where could I be in error? Based on the photo provided I can confirm that your device is **Fermax 101CI07A**. Please restart the setting of your Ring Intercom and make sure to select the **Fermax, 101CI07A**.           Alguien encontro la soluicion al problema, yo tengo un Fermax 101CI07A y en la calle me escuchanpero yo escucho constantemente un ruido de fondo, es decir no escucho al que llama abajo. No puedo tener una conversacion con el llamante.

Thanks for your patience and cooperation.   If the problem is related to background noise, you could try adjusting the volume of the microphone or external speaker through the Ring app. You can adjust the volume of the microphone and external speaker through the app by following these steps: -Open the Ring app and click on Menu (☰)-Click Devices-Select your device-Click Device Settings-Click General Settings-Click Volume Settings-Adjust the microphone and speaker gain according to your needs. I would invite you to do some tests in order to verify which setting can improve the audio. If these steps don't resolve your issue, I recommend that you contact our Intercom Support using the contacts on the following page: Ring Intercom support You can also select a preferred language to be able to communicate with dedicated support.

          Did you manage to solve it? Today I received my Ring Intercom and I have the same Fermax Intercom. I hear a background noise on my mobile and I can't communicate with the panel properly.
