Multiple button presses result in only one ring

Hello everyone, I've just replaced my Ring Video Doorbell Pro with a new Pro 2 because the plastic button on my old one was completely destroyed. In order to avoid the same result with my new device, is it possible for visitors outside to hear several "rings" when they press the button several times? At the moment only one ring is produced until the circle LED rotates. If the person presses several times, it has no effect and I don't want my visitors to press too hard too often and then destroy the button again. Patrick

Hi @Patamons. This is intended behavior across all Ring Doorbells. When someone pushes the button, a ring event is triggered and the Doorbell begins recording. A second button push during this time will not trigger a new event, as the Doorbell is already recording and processing the first ring.
