Protect Basic subscription - how long are Recordings kept in the app?

I try to download and save any Recordings I want to keep, regularly. Today I opened the Ring app and several Recordings I had ‘Starred’ (to keep) had disappeared. I thought they were kept for at least 28/30 days?

Hi @user12385. The default video storage time is 30 days. You can manually adjust this to be longer or shorter by following the steps outlined here. Once a video has been deleted, either manually or because the video storage time passed, it cannot be recovered. Favoriting a video will not prevent it from being deleted if the video storage time passes. I hope this explanation helps clear things up.
