Support phone numbers from Switzerland unreachable for switzerland aswell as for France
Hello the numbers provided for help support are not working ! Only the international number that is very expensive. 30$+ Usualy free numbers are XXXX .... and not XXXX numbers. what free number can I use if I seek help from Switzerland ? Thanks, Best regards,

Hi, many thanks for your message. The Swiss contact number is confirmed to be working as intended. It could be possible that the toll-free number is being blocked by your telecom provider. I would advise trying another provider or use the chat-function on our website. You can also ask the colleagues on the chat to give you a call. Hope that helps
