Camera and doorbell show offline on app but all the wifi is fine.

Both my camera and doorbell suddendly stopped showing footage on the app 2 days ago. Error showing is 99. Both devices are saying they are connected, and I have done EVERYTHING in the trouble shooting a dozen times, including deleting app and starting again, and deleting devices. I go through device help, go through the whole connection thing, they say they are connected, but on the app they say they are offline. Everything else in the house (that is connected to the internet is working fine. Internet is very fast. Both devices are fully charged. Nothing has changed. Devices are about 3 years old. It must be something with the app. The camera light goes on when movement is dedected so it is working, but won't send the footage to the app (which is located on a HP lapktop and an adroid phone.) It looks like an issue between the camera & doorbell, and the app? I have tried everything suggested by Ring, and everything I have been able to google.
