How to Send feedback to Ring?

I'd like to send a suggestion to Ring but don't see a feedback link anywhere. What's the best way to send something to them?

I have tried on three occasions to resolve a problem with my front door ring device over the past month. The staff that I have talked to keep telling me that technical support is working on it with no results. When I ask to talk to management or the tec people the phone girls say they can’t give out that information. Ring has a great product and I have five of them on my property. When it comes to resolving problems above the norm, they fail miserably. It is sad when you can’t reach a corporate number or person to get help with solving this problem after one month of trying. It's Prime day so I thought I'd see if there was a newer model I could upgrade my 2017 Ring doorbell with.  Nope.  All the models still sport the old 1080p.  Most don't have "pre roll" so they will miss half of each event like mine does. Its like RIng is asleep at the wheel.  The "NEW" wired plus doorbell is just a rebranded Pro.  The "New" video doorbell is just a 2nd gen.  It's been almost a decade and only 2nd gen?  Tapo has an awful app so its not viable yet but they have way better resolution and features. Ring, if you don't wake up and update your dusty product line, you're going to be the Blackberry of doorbells soon.  Sad.  I trained at the Ring headquarters when I worked at Amazon and was a true fan. As soon as Tapo or other brands understand how to make the app work right like Ring does, y'all are history.  Sorry to say.

Please, PLEASE,  P L E A S E  .... create and sell an outdoor SIREN which works off the bluetooth Base station !  The indoor siren on the base station just doesn't do the trick to alert neighbors!     And please put the "Smart Response" button back on the List View (where you use to have it) so it is easy to turn on an off.   Hoping you will alert me (perhaps all of your customers) when either and hopefully both of these are done !?!
